There's still time!

Late summertime is the ideal time to learn something new and exciting. School kids on their summer vacation might be getting restless and need something stimulating, adults might have a little extra free time they’re looking to fill with a new past-time. Luckily there are a number of inexpensive, social and really interesting art classes starting soon right in your backyard. New Visions Studio & Gallery announces their late-summer class schedules this week. Located at 201 Vine Street, in the quiet north corner of downtown Scranton, there is always something unique for locals of all ages to engage in.
We offer everything from one day drawing classes starting as low as $25, to month-long watercolor painting classes for just over $100, and as always all supplies and materials are included in these prices. We even offer an array of sculpture and batiking classes. You may also feel free to challenge yourself to learn some old-school techniques in our black and white darkroom. We offer instructional classes on black and white photography developing and printing. Or you if you are already a pro, than don’t hesitate to just come in and use the darkroom at your leisure. New Visions also offers private lessons in any art medium of your choosing, and we do offer group rates so make sure to bring your friends. Check out our website NewVisionsStudio.com for more class details, and for more info on all of our art and music events, and even our store’s handmade and vintage merchandise. Finish off the summer the right way, the fun way, the ART way.
